Service Description

TCTSY Groups are offered in an 8 session series because studies have shown peak symptom relief in 8-10 sessions. All groups are CLOSED (no drop-ins) so there are no new faces after the 1st session. Designed to foster opportunities to befriend your body. Class takes place at 8am on the following dates: 12/29, 12/30, 12/31, 1/2, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8. Your payment covers all 8 sessions, or half now, half later. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
